Sahara Welfare Foundation is a non-profit company registered under 25 Company Act 1956, dedicated towards planning, implementation and monitoring of community socio-economic developmental activities and initiatives across India. Formed in 1995 to streamline and expand the domain of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) interventions of Sahara India Pariwar, Sahara Welfare Foundation is engaged full time in handling welfare activities of varying magnitude, alleviating people’s sufferings and bringing new rays of hope to those who need them the most.

Initiating and facilitating such processes and initiatives where socially and economically marginalised and deprived people and communities irrespective of age, caste, class, gender or race are able to participate actively in the process of their development so that they are able to lead a life of dignity and respect.
